It is a unit of “Odisha Research and Advanced Studies (ORAS) registered under SR, ACT - 1860. This is managed by a council of management consisting of eminent and qualified persons from leaders of industry, academicians, management professionals, I.T. Professionals, administrative and leading public personalities. The administrator and academic head of the institute is the Director who is assisted by the different faculties and other professionals.

COMPUTER WORK STATION 

The computing environment of the institute has been augmented with 60 powerful Modern Computer Systems running with Windows Work Group in wi-fi environment. The computer environment of the institute provides a variety of language processors including RDBMS. The institute's computer center is having 24 hours Internet facility.

Well-equipped laboratories, which give students access to sophisticated computers and equipment, undoubtedly rank among the best in the eastern region. Pentium IV based servers in the computer laboratories with a plethora of Pentium based systems, using multimedia & net facilities with high-resolution colour monitors. These systems run on Windows. NT, Linux Operating System. The users can opt to work on DOS, Windows or Linux operating systems.

The computer environment of the institute provides a variety of language processors including C,C++,.NET, Java and RDBMS. The gross cost of the computers and other equipments that are in the lab will be Rs. 10 lakhs. 

Campus Facilities

The modern facilities in the building, like big lecture halls and a conference hall, help with learning. The library has lots of books and the computer labs are well-equipped. All the extra things needed for learning are taken care of.

The Library at ASMCS has many good books on management and related subjects. It also has magazines, journals, newspapers, video CDs, and DVDs with case studies and project work. The library has a nice environment for students to learn in.

Classrooms

Our classrooms and lecture halls are big and have nice furniture. They have things like LCD projectors to help with teaching. This makes the classes more interesting. Students are told to make Power Point presentations too. This way, they can participate and feel more confident in their learning.

Cafeteria

The cafeteria in ASMCS campus is important for students to feel refreshed and healthy. It provides clean and tasty food and snacks. Students can sit together, share thoughts, and have group discussions about different subjects and problems. This peaceful environment helps them find solutions to their problems.

Outdoor Sports

Outdoor games facility like cricket, Footballand volley ball are within our Campus area.

Placement Cell

The college has a Placement Cell to help final year students with job placements. They organize visits to industries and training sessions to develop skills. Many corporate presentations, group discussions, and personal interviews happen on campus.

Conference Hall

There is a nice fully air-conditionedseminar/conference hall in the college. It has good furniture and air conditioning. It also has modern audio and video equipment. The hall is used for different activities like conferences, seminars, workshops, academic events, and cultural functions.

Hostel for Boys and Girls

The institute has separate hostels for the boys and girls within the close vicinity of the administrative office. Limited residential accommodation is available for students (Boys & Girls) with a monthly nominal charge.

Transport Facility

The institute has its own buses for proving the transportation facility to the interested students coming from different places of Bhubaneswar. Students interested to avail the bus facility have to pay the bus fees for one calendar year well in advance to avail uninterrupted services.
