Profile of Prof. (Dr.) Srita Bhol
Prof. (Dr.) Srita Bhol serves as the Principal at Arya School of Management and Computer Science, Bhubaneswar. Her academic journey includes a B.Tech from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, an MBA and Ph.D. from Utkal University (completed in 1998 and 2008 respectively), and a Master's in Sociology from Mahatma Gandhi University (2014).
With 22 years of teaching experience and 6 years of industry experience, her research primarily focuses on Customer Relationship Management. She has published and presented numerous research papers in reputable national and international conferences and journals.
As a certified Trainer for Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI), she has conducted various training programs both in India and abroad. Her professional engagements include working with esteemed organizations like IRFT/Traidcraft, ORUPA, UNIDO, Fair Trade Forum, FINISH Society, Amway, Tata Interactive Services, World Fair Trade Forum, and UNDP.
Her teaching expertise spans Marketing, Production and Operations Management, Business Communications, Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship Development, and Strategic Management.
